Enstack taps Dyna.Ai to deliver hyper-local AI tools for SMEs
share on
In a move to supercharge digital transformation among small businesses, Enstack has partnered with AI solutions provider Dyna.Ai to co-develop hyper-localised, AI-powered tools aimed at streamlining business operations for entrepreneurs in the region.
The announcement marks a significant step forward for Enstack — the Philippines' no-code eCommerce and growth platform. Known for empowering over 200,000 entrepreneurs since its 2022 launch, Enstack is now set to level up its tech stack with the integration of conversational and intelligent automation technologies via Dyna.Ai.
The collaboration arrives as Southeast Asia's digital economy enters a new growth phase, with projections from Kearney estimating a potential 25% surge in online sales conversions by 2030 driven by AI-powered personalisation alone. For Enstack, which has already partnered with Canva to offer design tools to its users, this AI-driven direction further deepens its commitment to making enterprise-grade tools accessible to the grassroots.

The first wave of development will centre around three core solutions aimed at removing friction across key merchant touchpoints. These include Smart Onboarding, which automates and simplifies the process of bringing new merchants onto the platform; Intelligent Ops, a powerful new layer of agentic AI that delivers personalised recommendations, optimises inventory tracking, and enhances customer interactions; and SkyAI, a dedicated AI agent that provides 24/7 support to merchants directly within the Enstack platform.
"Dyna.Ai's deep expertise in AI and their understanding of the Philippine and Southeast Asian market make them an invaluable partner," said Macy Castillo, founder and CEO of Enstack. "We are incredibly excited about the potential to drive significant impact for our merchants by providing them with hyper-localised AI solutions that simplify their operations and unlock new growth opportunities. This partnership represents a major leap forward in our mission to empower businesses across the region."
While AI innovation has largely been confined to big-budget enterprises, Enstack and Dyna.Ai aim to disrupt this norm by focusing on localisation — not just in language, but in context, customer behaviour, and operational nuance. For many SMEs in the Philippines and neighbouring markets, even basic automation can unlock considerable time and cost savings.
"We are thrilled to contribute to Enstack's impactful journey as it takes the next step to drive AI-powered business transformation for SMEs across Southeast Asia," said Cynthia Siantar, general manager at Dyna.Ai. "By leveraging Dyna.Ai's advanced AI capabilities with Enstack's unparalleled reach in the SME sector, we are unlocking new opportunities for hyper-localised innovation that will shape the future of digital commerce in the region."
Beyond tools for users, the partnership will also embed AI across Enstack's internal processes — a move expected to bolster its own operational efficiency and scalability.
With mobile-first design, Enstack allows entrepreneurs to start and run a business entirely from their phones, offering everything from order management to payments and logistics. Now, with this latest infusion of AI muscle, the company is reinforcing its mission: to democratise digital business-building across the region.
