Edelman China names Winston Chen EVP, head of public affairs

Winston Chen has been named executive vice president, head of public affairs for Edelman China, according to a release.

A veteran in the public affairs sector, Chen brings over 20 years of experience with a resume that includes the State Council of the Chinese Government to his role as Washington bureau chief for Sing Tao Daily.

He will expand the agency's public affairs offering while supporting both multinational corporations operating in China as well as Chinese businesses looking to extend their reach overseas. His experience in public affairs will be of great value as China heavily focuses on promoting foreign investment and multilateral trade.
