Eastwest PR has been appointed by Tenable, the Exposure Management company, as its strategic PR agency partner in Southeast Asia (SEA).
Under the regional remit, Eastwest will work with Tenable to build the cybersecurity firm’s brand presence and expand its media share of voice in Singapore and SEA.
The agency will also leverage its proven track record of acting as a strategic advisor to client-partners to shape and grow Tenable’s PR programme in the region.
Eastwest was appointed after a competitive RFP that saw participation from three other notable Singapore-based agencies.
“Eastwest impressed us with its comprehensive knowledge of the cybersecurity industry and deep understanding of the media landscape in the region,” said Pamela Philip, principal PR manager, APJ at Tenable.
“Their audacious, yet pragmatic approach to building Tenable’s media presence in the region, supported by compelling story angles to get us there, made them the ideal choice for our PR goals.”
Established in 1995, Eastwest PR is one of the Asia Pacific’s oldest PR agencies. For nearly three decades, the firm has worked with more than 500 clients as they have navigated Asia’s growth.
In February 2023, Eastwest announced the appointment of new owners, signalling an intent to reignite its ambitions and chart the next decade of growth.
The agency quickly made its mark at the subsequent MARKETING-INTERACTIVE’s PR Awards 2023, where it took home an award for “Best Employee Engagement/Internal Communications”.
