开云集团撤控，与阿里巴巴集团携手打假

法国奢侈品集团开云集团（Kering）与阿里巴巴集团及其关联企业蚂蚁金服集团达成突破性协议，双方将共同开展知识产权保护，于线上线下发起针对侵权者的联合行动，致力于为消费者提供卓越体验和可信赖的环境。此项全新合作对双方具里程碑意义，代表双方在保护知识产权方面的投资及努力。目前双方已经成立联合工作组，以展开充分合作、交换有用信息，通过阿里巴巴先进的技术能力识别针对开云集团旗下品牌的知识产权侵权行为，与执法机关紧密合作，适时采取行动。作为协议的一部分，拥有Gucci、Bottega Veneta、Saint Laurent、Alexander McQueen和Balenciaga等品牌的开云集团已同意撤销在纽约地区法院向阿里巴巴集团及蚂蚁金服集团子公司支付宝发起的诉讼。开云集团及其旗下品牌也将在中国及全世界范围内，继续大力推进知识产权保护力度，防止个人或第三方团体制造、流通、销售未授权产品的行为。
