Dunkin’ Donuts Coffee unveiled a custom and transportable home that runs on a biofuel blend using 80% of coffee oil from Dunkin’ coffee grounds. The home was revealed in New York, before being listed out for rent through Airbnb.
The team at Dunkin’ partnered withÂ New Frontier Tiny Homes, for the execution and development of the house using reclaimed materials. Actress Olivia Wilde was also engaged by Dunkin’ in a bid toÂ incorporate her personal style into the home. Cheekily called, “The home that runs on Dunkin”, it includes a kitchen, a bathroom with jacuzzi tub and a king-size bed. The home was also stocked with Dunkinâ€™ coffee, along with a coffee brewer.Â Check out the home here:

Most recently,Â Dunkinâ€™ Donuts revealed its new branding, dropping â€śDonutsâ€ť from its name, effective January 2019. The move comes as the company plans to position itself as a â€śpremier beverage-led, on-the-go brandâ€ť. According to the company, the brand had been on a â€śfirst-name basisâ€ť with fans before the introduction of its â€śAmerica Runs on Dunkinâ€™,â€ť tagline, with customers referring to the brand as â€śDunkinâ€™â€ť. As such, the name change was done â€śin recognition of this relationshipâ€ť.
