Domino’s Malaysia aims to unite gamers with Mobile Legends tie-up

Domino’s Malaysia has tied up with Mobile Legends to roll out the “United We Win” campaign offering consumers value deals with the pizza restaurant chain. The “United We Win” campaign is also part of the Mobile Legends “515 Unite Day” global campaign which Malaysia is participating in and aims to add new entries into the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang! game.

The “United We Win” campaign offers consumers “515” takeaway Domino’s promotions including personal pizzas from RM5, regular pizzas from RM15 and the “United We Win” combo. The personal pizza deal is in line with the brand’s aim to offer Ohsem Hari-Hari deals to Malaysians which are available every day of the week. To drive sales, Domino’s is offering consumers a chance to win 515 Limited Edition Miya figurines, Domino’s party sets and Kagura Soryu Maiden Skin (Epic), among others. Consumers are also encouraged to share their Mobile Legends moments with Domino’s on social media with the hashtags #DominosMy, #515Unite and #MLBB.

Meanwhile, the “515 Unite Day” global campaign kicked off in Penang and Kedah, and will be making stops in Ipoh, Selangor, Johor Bahru and Kuala Lumpur. Malaysians will have the opportunity to meet celebrities, witness pro teams battle it out and participate in dance competitions and lucky draws. Domino’s will also be offering free pizzas and great value buster deals during these stops.

Linda Hassan, senior VP, marketing, Domino’s Pizza Malaysia and Singapore, said it remains committed to its promise of “It’s All About You”. “Our collaboration with Mobile Legends for the ‘United We Win’ campaign reflects Domino’s promise to bring new and exciting experiences to customers and will enhance togetherness through pizza and gaming,” Linda said.

She added that the campaign also highlights Domino’s ongoing support for the growing esports industry. Domino’s recognises the strong potential that esports holds for Malaysians and it aims to be part of the lifestyle by providing various opportunities.

“As such, Mobile Legends is an ideal platform as it gives an opportunity for the community to come together and enjoy their favourite esports game, and we are pleased to host this one of a kind friendly match for the community. Malaysians will surely enjoy our amazing ‘515’ deals as well as have immense fun with their friends and loved ones during this campaign,” Linda added.

Meanwhile, Nelson Woon, regional marketing manager (Southeast Asia) of Moonton, said, “We are truly excited to work together with Domino’s Pizza for the ‘515 Unite Day’ campaign! EAs the first esports title to be confirmed for the 2019 SEA Games, Malaysians will certainly be eager to play this game with their friends and family while enjoying delicious pizzas with Domino’s. We look forward to more of such partnerships in order to continue delighting Malaysians.”
