Digi Telecommunications has appointed Loh Keh Jiat as the new chief marketing officer. Loh, previously the chief sales officer, will now manage the expanded marketing function which will include sales, with an overall mandate to drive end-to-end customer focus and delivery.
Loh (pictured) replaces Christian Thrane. Thrane, who had six years and three different portfolios with Digi, will join Telenor Sweden as its new CMO.
Loh's new position sees him leading Digi's revenue growth, and implementing the end-to-end go-to-market deliverables in support of Digi's ambition to be 'Loved by Customers'. His other responsibilities include driving product portfolio and service excellence, delivering Digi's brand promise, managing a robust customer service operation, and overseeing channels and regions.
"I am honoured to be given the opportunity to bring together both divisions for deeper collaboration and to deliver stronger results in the market. The new alignment will accelerate the way we go-to-market, and drive more efficient operations to take Digi through its next phase of growth," said Loh.
