MARKETING-INTERACTIVE is thrilled to unveil the finalists of the 4th Annual Marketing Excellence Awards Indonesia. Now in its fourth year, the awards continue to celebrate the campaigns and professionals who are pushing boundaries, sparking innovation, and leaving their mark on the industry.

Reflecting the digital boom in Indonesia, this year we’re adding a brand-new category: ‘Excellence in Live-Streaming Marketing’. With live-streaming taking the marketing world by storm, this category recognises the trailblazers who have turned real-time engagement into real-world impact.

Across 43 competitive categories, finalists will go head-to-head for Gold, Silver, and Bronze trophies. At the end of the evening, one outstanding brand will snag the highly coveted ‘Marketer of the Year’ title.

Judged by an independent panel of senior client-side marketers, the shortlist spotlights campaigns that wowed with creativity, strategy, and measurable results.

“This year’s Marketing Excellence Awards truly showcased the strength and variety of ideas shaping Indonesia’s marketing landscape. The AI category, in particular, stood out with fresh and competitive submissions, proving once again how innovation continues to push the boundaries of what’s possible,” said Reza Pratama, head of brand & sponsorship, AIA Indonesia.

“The awards remain an important platform, celebrating achievements while motivating the industry to aim higher and set new standards,” added Reza.

For Andi Renreng, marketing director, Xiaomi Indonesia, the judging experience was both energising and insightful. “The entries reflected strong integrated campaigns anchored in real consumer insights, which made them compelling and effective. It was inspiring to see the creativity and thought that went into these cases, and encouraging to witness how brands are evolving in the way they connect with audiences,” he shared.

Echoing this sentiment, Ruli Himawan Nugroho, head of marketing & communications, BCA Digital, emphasised the importance of discipline in great marketing. “What stood out to me was how success often comes from the basics done well: a clear brief, a focused idea, consistent execution, and honest metrics.”

“At the same time, some entries offered fresh perspectives on how creativity can tackle real business problems, which I found truly inspiring. The finalists have definitely raised the bar this year,” stated Ruli.

Meanwhile, Adeline Ausy Setiawan, strategic marketing services director, Kawan Lama Group, highlighted the evolution of the industry. “It has been a privilege to see how far marketers in Indonesia have come. This year’s submissions reflected street-smart creativity, sharper insights, stronger consumer understanding, and smart use of both media and technology. More than just innovative, the entries showed a deep commitment to delivering meaningful impact in the market,” she noted.
