Devialet revamps HK flagship with expanded Mania collection

French acoustic engineering brand Devialet has reopened its redesigned flagship store at Harbour City in Tsim Sha Tsui, debuting a revamped retail space alongside three new seasonal colourways for its portable smart speaker, Devialet Mania.
Conceived by Devialet’s Paris design team, the updated Harbour City location focuses on a minimalist, monochromatic aesthetic. The layout utilises an open façade to improve accessibility and product visibility, displaying Devialet’s product ecosystem on custom metal shelving with integrated uplighting and downlighting that creates a weightless, floating effect.
At the centre of the store stands the Blue Cube, a glass-enclosed listening room bathed in vivid blue light that is engineered specifically as an acoustically isolated space for immersive product demonstrations.
This installation contrasts with a sculptural display of the brand's signature Phantom speakers at the heart of the layout. Throughout the interior, the design combines raw stone walls and flooring with metallic counters and shelving, highlighting a deliberate contrast between structural engineering and industrial design.
According to Martin Ku, Devialet's general manager for APAC, Harbour City has always been a key location for Devialet in Hong Kong and one of its top global performing stores.
"With the new elevated store design, Devialet welcomes music lovers, audiophiles, design enthusiasts, and all discerning shoppers, offering a space where sound is not only heard, but rediscovered under a wave of raw emotion. We are thrilled to deliver even more immersive, transcendent sound experiences to all through our unique audio universe," he added.

Coinciding with the store reopening, the brand introduced the Devialet Mania exclusive collection, which features three new techwear-inspired colourways.
The moss green variant draws on forest landscapes with a dark green acoustic mesh and acid green accents, while rose bloom captures twilight tones through powder-pink fabric and scorched orange detailing. The third option, white mist, utilises a muted grey mesh with chrome and white elements to reflect the aesthetic of morning haze.
Each new model is packaged with a colour-matched Cocoon carrying case equipped with a utility strap for outdoor portability. Underneath the new exterior finishes, the speakers retain the standard technical specifications of the original Devialet Mania lineup, including active stereo calibration for automatic spatial adaptation and speaker active matching for acoustic precision across a 360-degree soundstage.
