Deliveroo Hong Kong rolls out 'Signature’ service

Deliveroo has extended its "Signature" service to Hong Kong, allowing restaurants to offer delivery services via their own online channels, increase delivery volumes and brand loyalty.

The latest service enables Deliveroo Hong Kong's restaurant partners to reach new customers and nurture existing relationships through targeted marketing campaigns. Additionally, restaurants can now promote their offerings on all media channels to drive growth and order volumes directly, in addition to on Deliveroo Hong Kong's own channels.

Also, restaurants can deepen customer engagement as they can understand their patrons better by getting access to customer data and engaging with their most valued and loyal customers directly.

Moreover, restaurants can improve user experience as they can leverage Deliveroo Hong Kong's technology and logistics data to offer an additional channel for their own customers. This includes a customised front end website built by the platform that combines all key restaurant branding elements, from photos, to font choice, to brand phrases and slogans.

"Over the past year we’ve made significant efforts to support our restaurant partners through the rollercoaster of ups and downs due to the pandemic. With the rollout of 'Signature', we will set up independent webpages for restaurants and handle the logistics. This means our partners can now have a direct relationship with their customers, something that is otherwise denied to them if they are unable to offer dine-in services," commented Brian Lo, general manager of Deliveroo Hong Kong.
