Customer Loyalty reveals 2015 line up

Marketing magazine Hong Kong has launched the third installment of its annual Customer Loyalty conference, with customer data, omni-channel strategies and technology at the heart of this year's agenda.

Following the success of last year's conference, Customer Loyalty 2015 will be held at Hotel ICON Hong Kong on 15 September, seeking to uncover insights to customer retention and engagement.

Over 120 senior marketers and practitioners from across the region will be expected to gather and share their views and challenges on delivering a consistent customer experience.

This year’s agenda will cover topics from converting customer data to omni-channel loyalty strategies, maximising the value of the marketing spend, plus using mobile technology to win customers.

Confirmed speakers include Darren Fifield, head of sales and marketing for Asia-Pacific at eBay Enterprise; Hywel Evans, VP analytics and professional services at AIMIA; and Willy Lai, business director at Fimmick.

More speakers will be announced in the coming weeks.
