Central Provident Fund Board (CPFB) is looking for an agency to provide integrated marketing and public communication services.
According to tender documents seen by Marketing, as part of CPFB’s public communications efforts, CPFB is seeking to appoint agencies to increase awareness and understanding of CPF policies and schemes among members. With the help of the agencies, the board also aims to educate members on the role of the CPF system and schemes and how it can benefit them through out various stages of their lives; and influence behaviour towards retirement planning.
The appointed agency will need to conceptualise print advertisements, television interstitials, radio advertisements, brochures, newsletters, posters, online advertisements, videos and info-graphics. The agency will also need to propose a media timeline and media buy plan.Agencies are also asked to provide indicative costs of the proposed media buy plan in their proposals. However, media buy will be procured separately from this contract.
The tender closes on 2 February 2014, a mandatory briefing will be held on 14 January 2015.
