COURTS Singapore marketing and merchandise director Jasmine Seow has exited the company after 10 years to join branding agency Adwright. Seow (pictured) will take on the role of partner at Adwright, and bring along her marketing and operational experiences and consumer insights to the team.

Adwright has been around since 1996, and has collaborated with clients such as the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC Singapore), UnionPay International Southeast Asia, tcc-The Connoisseur Concerto and many others. Seow will also play an instrumental role in expanding business opportunities for Adwright beyond the region.

With COURTS, Seow's contributions had resulted in year-on-year percentile growth with her go-to-market strategies. She last helmed the role of merchandise director, and previously held the marketing and eCommerce director role, and head of marketing in her early days. Prior to COURTS, she was with real estate company Euro Group as senior marketing and communications manager for over a year. Seow also served Calsberg for five years in marketing and market development functions.

Seow said, “Adwright in recent years have been gaining momentum, winning sizeable projects. They have established themselves as an agency that understands the intricacies of branding and gained recognition from industrial awards such as Marketing Talent and Marketing Excellence Awards. I am honoured to join Adwright to harness their potential for growth.”

Meanwhile, Adwright’s creative partner, Nafe Tong added, “We are excited to have Seow onboard. Her experience as a strong leader will elevate our team’s capabilities and help clients achieve their business objectives and goals together.”

Recently, COURTS Asia reshuffled its leadership which saw country CEO of COURTS Singapore Ben Tan serving his notice. This came shortly after Terry O’Connor resigned from his role as group CEO and has joined Matahari Department Store. O’Connor spent 26 years at Courts Asia.
