Cosmose AI fills three chief leadership roles

Retail tech platform Cosmose AI has announced the appointment of chief revenue officer Gordon Toh, chief financial officer Tony Yu, and chief technology officer Karol Kurach.

All are seasoned veterans with a successful track record in their respective industries. Toh joins from Meltwater media intelligence where he was the managing director of the new business acquisition team for Southeast Asia, while Yu joins from Fosun Group, where he handled M&A, PE, post-investment management in China, Europe and America. Kurach is an "engineering world-champion" who developed the AI for Gmail's "smart reply" feature.

The three will spearhead efforts to continue on the platform's growing success, working with clients that include LVMH, Walmart, Estee Lauder, L’Oreal and Samsung. In 2020, Cosmose announced its Southeast Asia expansion in partnership with ADA (Axiata).

"I'm proud that Tony and Gordon are joining Cosmose,” said Miron Mironiuk, Cosmose founder and CEO.

"A world-class leadership team of Tony, Gordon, and Karol will position us to execute on our vision of retail 2.0, while growing access to two billion smartphones and 10 million stores across Asia."
