Citigate Dewe Rogerson appoints Singapore leadership

Citigate Dewe Rogerson, i.MAGE, a subsidiary of London-listed Huntsworth plc, announced the appointment of Chia Hui Kheng (pictured) as managing director. The incumbent, Elaine Lim, will assume the newly-created position of chairman.Chia will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Consultancy, including the growth and development of Citigate, its clients and team of consultants.Lim will work closely with Huntsworth’s Asia Pacific leadership team to map out the consultancy’s strategies and drive growth locally and regionally.Chia reports to Chris Tang, CEO Huntsworth Asia-Pacific while Lim reports to Bob Pickard, Chairman, Huntsworth Asia-Pacific.Commenting on the new appointments Pickard said: “They are in line with Huntsworth Asia Pacific’s strategic plans to bring fresh perspectives to a rapidly changing and competitive business landscape.”Chia has over 16 years of experience in print and broadcast journalism as well as in investor and public relations, nine of which were served at Citigate Singapore. She was most recently executive editor of Channel NewsAsia where she managed the coverage of Singapore business news.With more than 35 years of experience, Lim is one of Singapore's pioneering corps of local communications professionals. She has started two public relation consultancies, Ogilvy PR and i.MAGE, both in the top five of Singapore. Citigate Dewe Rogerson merged with i.MAGE in 1999.
