Cigna Hong Kong names Jonathan Spiers CEO and country manager

Cigna Hong Kong has announced the appointment of Jonathan Spiers as CEO and country manager, effective immediately. Spiers is based in Hong Kong and will be responsible for driving business growth in the region with the aim of making healthcare "simple, affordable and predictable."

Spiers was previously at Medibank, Australia's largest healthcare insurer, where he was the divisional general manager of PHI portfolio and customer proposition, and brings over three decades of experience working in health, pharma and finance.

Spiers will report to Julian Mengual, CEO Southeast Asia and regional health solutions for Cigna.
