Changi Airport is among the first airports to have its own e-commerce business. Launched in 2013 as an extension of Changi’s promise to deliver greater convenience to travellers in its suite of airport retail offerings, the online duty-free store has grown to now retail over 17,000 products found across all four airport terminals. The first campaign executed by Tribal for iShopChangi, Santa’s Great Getaway, launched last week ahead of the festive gifting season.

We recently unveiled a revamped interface in our continual efforts to captivate and inspire our customers.
