Edelman Hong Kong and Taiwan boss Andrew Kirk, tells Marketing TV that in Hong Kong, a majority of people of trust the Government institution, however there is a gap in what people expect government to do and what they think they actually do at the moment.
"When there is a lack of trust people are more likely to believe in the bad stories."
