BCW (Burson Cohn & Wolfe), a leading global communications agency, has appointed Rikki Jones (pictured left) as managing director and market leader, and Cindy Lim (pictured right) as senior director, APAC Integrated Communications, in BCW’s Singapore market. Jones takes on the role in addition to her existing responsibilities as managing director for GCI Health Asia-Pacific.

Jones has been with the BCW Group of companies for over a decade, having started her time with the group at Cohn & Wolfe in the UK before going on to be the founding leader of GCI Health’s presence in Europe and then Asia.

Lim joins BCW from Shangri-La Group where she was assistant vice president, global brand communications, food and beverage. Prior to her role at Shangri-La Group, Lim was with Edelman in Singapore, where she spent 11 years of her career, most recently leading the market’s Integrated Brand team. She joins BCW in a dual APAC and Singapore market role.

“Jones and Lim bring unparalleled leadership experience to their roles; their appointments significantly strengthen our business in Singapore and across the region,” said Matt Stafford, president, BCW APAC. “Each has an incredible reputation for being a people-first leader with a proven history of driving outstanding growth and award-winning work – placing us in the best possible position to meet the dynamic demands on our clients and team as we emerge from the pandemic.”

Jones said: “I’m thrilled to be extending my role to also lead the BCW Singapore team, in addition to my GCI Health responsibilities. Singapore is, and will continue to be, an important strategic communications and talent hub in Asia Pacific, and our focus will be on further embedding people and client centricity at scale as the driver of BCW Singapore’s strategy, growth and success.”

Lim added: “The BCW proposition truly energises me and I’m proud to join one of the fastest-growing agencies in APAC. I am looking forward to working with teams across the region to drive powerful results for our clients through earned first, integrated communications.”
