German media company Burda International has acquired LifestyleAsia.com in a bid to strengthen its print and digital publishing in Asia.
The acquisition aims to develop the digital and print content platform for Burda's publication Prestige, August Men and Pin in Southeast Asia and Hong Kong.
The three founders of Lifestyle Asia – Christopher Lindvall, Richard Nilsson and Sebastian Svensson – will become part of Burda International Asia’s regional management team and will jointly run the digital initiatives with Burda's Melvin Ang, managing director South East Asia.
