British retailer Jack Wills hires AKA for communications

Following a six-month project with the agency, Jack Wills has engaged AKA Asia on a retainer basis with immediate effect. The new retainer includes media relations, influencer relations and partnership management.Jack Wills launched its flagship store in Singapore at Raffles City in November 2014, with plans to open a second store within the next twelve months.Established in 1999 by founders Peter Williams and Robert Shaw in Salcombe, Devon, a small coastal town in the south of England, Jack Wills first entered Asia in 2011 launching a flagship store in Leighton Centre, Hong Kong. There are currently over 80 Jack Wills boutiques across the United Kingdom, United States, the Middle East, and Asia.“The AKA team impressed us with their bold thinking and integrated approach to communications.
