Bravo Media has appointed Stella Kwan (pictured left) as its new CEO for Hong Kong, reporting directly to the executive board.

In her new role, Kwan serves as the strategic and operational leader of the company, responsible for driving sustainable growth, expanding market presence, and accelerating revenue performance across all business lines.

She focuses heavily on business development, new customer acquisition, expansion into new channels, maintaining strong and trusted relationships with asset owners and clients, ensuring long-term partnership value. An important responsibility is to elevate the company's digital and innovative capabilities and offerings, positioning the business as a leading provider in the evolving media and advertising landscape in the region.

In conversation with MARKETING-INTERACTIVE, Kwan said, "I am thrilled to take the helm as CEO of Bravo Media! Moving forward, our mission is clear: to accelerate business growth fueled by breakthrough innovation. The media landscape is evolving rapidly, and we intend to lead the charge by introducing next-generation ideas that redefine audience engagement. I am excited to lead our exceptionally talented team as we expand our footprint, and deliver powerful results for our clients."

Kwan's appointment comes as Bravo Media Hong Kong's managing director Richard Petignaud (pictured right) decided to depart from his role after a four-year tenure. His final day with the out-of-home (OOH) media company will be in early August 2026.

Petignaud joined Bravo Media in 2021 as general manager, during which time he led the company's expansion into one of Hong Kong's prominent transit OOH operators. With more than 20 years of experience building and scaling media, mobility, and retail operations across North Asia, Petignaud previously held senior commercial roles at regional firms including Local Gravity and BrandLoyalty.

"I've built businesses from scratch and scaled them into market leaders — founding an in-house media arm inside one of Hong Kong's biggest transport groups during the pandemic and growing it into one of the city's top transit OOH & DOOH operators. Before that, I opened a new region from zero for a global retail loyalty company, and at the world's largest outdoor advertising company, I helped pioneer a premium airport media concept now replicated globally."

Following his departure, he intends to pursue senior executive roles, including chief executive, managing director, or senior commercial leadership positions where he can manage operations end-to-end. While his background is rooted in out-of-home, digital OOH (DOOH), and retail media, he stated he is open to leadership opportunities in adjacent sectors that require commercial strategy, market entry execution, team-building, and corporate stakeholder management.

During his leadership, Bravo Media secured several high-profile transport advertising concessions that significantly expanded its market footprint. Most recently, Citybus appointed Bravo Media as the exclusive advertising agency for its bus shelter network under an agreement that took effect on 2 October 2025. This network covers more than 300 bus shelters and 75 digital advertising frames across major urban and commercial corridors, including Hong Kong Island’s Central business district and other high-traffic commuter zones.
