Sweeping a total of 17 medals in more than 14 categories that showcased its excellence at end-to-end eCommerce implementations, BORN Group walked away with the prestigious title of “eCommerce Agency of the Year 2019” at the recent Asia eCommerce awards 2019 for its eCommerce expertise in experience management and enterprise commerce.
Four of BORN’s projects won the Best in eCommerce Brands awards: Malaysian telco giant Digi Telecommunications in the Electronics and Gadgets space; Singaporean Fashion Retailer Love, Bonito, and Fastrack (a Titan sub-brand), in Fashion & Apparel; Mondelēz International in Food & Beverage; Jaspal Group in Home & Living; and PT Astra in Lifestyle & Travel.
Love, Bonito, and Fastrack also won the Best in eCommerce Retailer awards in their respective categories, as did Lorna Jane in Fashion & Apparel and ONI Global in Health & Beauty.
BORN’s project for Hicare won the Best in eCommerce Consulting award. Tata Cliq won the Best eCommerce Marketplace award, while Digi Telecommunications won Best eCommerce Customer Service and Mondelēz International Best in eCommerce Fulfillment.
