BLK J has beefed up its social and content department with senior hires, including the appointments of Anna Adipue (pictured bottom left) and Amelia Sho (pictured top right) as account directors.
Previously from Dentsu X Singapore, Adipue has 10 years of experience in social, content and integrated business development across the Philippines and Asia Pacific markets. She has also led key partnerships with brands such as Unilever, Honda, Canon, KFC, Fuji Xerox, Air New Zealand and WWF.
Sho was previously from Singapore Tourism Board (STB), where she specialised in marketing and communications within the arts, entertainment and hospitality sectors to key regional markets. She managed localised marketing campaigns, event activations and hosting of international media visits. Prior to her role at STB, Sho worked at Publicis, iris, McCann and BBDO Singapore and managed various brands such as Hewlett Packard, L'Oreal, Audi, MasterCard, OCBC Bank, Singtel and Mercedes-Benz, at both regional and local levels.
On the content and social front, the agency appointed He Ruiming (pictured top left), former manager, creative services team at Mothership, to lead its content and social division. According to his LinkedIn, He worked with both agencies and clients to produce sponsored content for Mothership for more than three years.
Meanwhile, BLK J also named Joan Lim (pictured bottom middle) its account manager, who has previously worked on brands including Singtel, Mercedes-Benz, Sentosa, Health Promotion Board, Neutrogena and National Environment Agency.
Nurul Arif (pictured top middle) was also named integrated project producer, bringing with her a vast body of experience in post production, VFX and digital production. She previously worked at Lucas Films, NBC, Moving Images and Ogilvy. To round off its list of hires, BLK J also appointed Seth Han (pictured bottom right) as copywriter. He was previously a junior copywriter at Ogilvy & Mather for more than a year and has also worked at Y&R and Kinetic Singapore.
