
Blibli unveils ad for more unified omnichannel offering

Blibli, Tiket.com and Ranch Market have combined forces to release an ad #BisaJadiLebih to showcase its partnership and unified ecosystem. The ad illustrates each of the entities' features that cater to their customers' needs and different markets.
By merging into a single ecosystem, ithe ad shows the entities can help reach and deliver on customers' needs from online shopping, to purchase and of flight tickets. MARKETING-INTERACTIVE has reached out to the entities for additional information about the campaign.
The creation of the new ad comes as Blibli announced a new ecosystem called Blibli Tiket merging its entities Tiket.com that it acquired in 2017, and supermarket chain Ranch Market that it acquired last year.
Separately, Blibli entered into the retail scene in 2020 with its first retail store for BlibliMart, the company's grocery brand. The store provided cashless services by allowing users to pay using Blipay on the Blibli.com app or Gojek's GoPay. According to The Jakarta Post, the shopping experience was inspired by Amazon Go in the US, which offers cashless and cashier-less services at its retail stores.
