British PR and communications agency Bell Pottinger has launched a dedicated arts offering to expand its reach across the arts and cultural sectors.
The Bell Pottinger Arts team is made up of 16 specialists with arts backgrounds to be based in London, Dubai and Singapore, and led by the agency’s partner Abel Hadden.
The team will work with other Bell Pottinger offices around the world to manage domestic accounts in other countries as well as global accounts.
In Asia, Bell Pottinger Arts will be represented by senior consultants Sally Trethewie and Claire Yong in Singapore, assisted by the agency’s staff in Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur and Yangon.
“The arts are experiencing a difficult time and need to connect more closely with business, aligning their shared values and commercial interests,” James Henderson, Bell Pottinger Group CEO, said.
Clients that the team has already secured include the Saatchi Gallery, the Firtash Foundation and INALA.
