BBDO Singapore names new CEO

BBDO Singapore has promoted Chris Willingham (pictured) to CEO, BBDO Singapore. Willingham joined BBDO Singapore in December 2014 as chief client officer and regional business director.He is based in Singapore and reports to Jean-Paul Burge, CEO and chairman, BBDO Asia.He is tasked with leading the management team, driving the agency's growth and overseeing the agency’s creative work.Willingham has 20 years’ experience in the industry. Prior to joining BBDO, he was partner at Fallon London. He has also worked for agencies such as Grey Group and TBWA\ where he was group account director at both agencies.Burge said, “BBDO Singapore is critical to our regional success and is one of our most successful offices, I have known Chris for some time and have from day one wanted to see him use his experience and drive to continue that success.”Willingham commented, “I’ve always had huge admiration for BBDO as a network, especially its unequivocal focus on the work, the work, the work and I’m now relishing the challenge of leading the Singapore office."
