BBC环球与芒果TV签订数字合作协议

继2015年10月签署第一份战略合作伙伴协议后，BBC环球扩大与芒果TV的合作，这次将专注于在中国的数字广播合作。芒果TV的电视用户将可以独家收看BBC特别制作的纪录片和学前教育内容，当中包括在澳大利亚动物园拍摄的《Tigers About the House》、《Trust Me, I’m a Doctor 》和学前教育动画系列《The Numtums》。此次协议之前，芒果TV已取得一系列运动相关纪录片的独家首播权，包括《贝克汉姆：为挚爱的足球而战》，片中贝克汉姆在全球七大洲进行足球比赛，以及参与在老特拉福德球场举行的星光熠熠的联合国儿童基金会筹款赛。BBC环球大中华地区总经理游达仁（Kelvin Yau）表示，自2015年10月签署了战略合作伙伴谅解备忘录开始，双方迅速建立更紧密的关系。「除了这次协议之外，我们也与芒果TV深入讨论，发掘制作和形式方面的合作机会，尤其是其以中国和全球市场为目标、具有代表性的BBC纪录片、生活娱乐节目、电视剧和电影。我们期待在未来几个月公布更多令人兴奋的新消息。」
