Asia Miles has kicked off a series of activities to celebrate its 20th anniversary and unveiled a new logo to signify a year-long celebration of this milestone. The travel and lifestyle rewards programme has added a number "2" next to its circular logo, making the new logo resemble a "20" to signify the anniversary. In the upcoming year, Asia Miles will launch a series of activities to thank and reward its members. On 1 February, the rewards programme will launch a Merry-Go-Miles Day at the AIA Great European Carnival at the Central Harbourfront Event Space to give out prizes. “As we celebrate our 20th year at Asia Miles, we are extremely excited to continue creating happy moments everywhere – for all of our members and people across Hong Kong and beyond," said Paul Smitton, CEO of Asia Miles. "Over the year ahead, we’ll be introducing new products, innovations and surprises to help our members share delights with their loved ones, broaden their perspectives with unique experiences, and discover new parts of the world. It’s fantastic to kick off this special year with our Asia Miles 20th Anniversary Merry-Go-Miles Day at the AIA Great European Carnival," he added. Marketing approached Asia Miles for more details on these innovations but the rewards programme team declined to elaborate. Asia Miles was launched in February 1999 and by late 2018 figures, it has accumulated more than 11 million members and over 700 programme partners worldwide.
