Apple CEO Tim Cook changes Twitter name to Tim Apple after Trump blunder

Apple’s chief executive officer Tim Cook has changed his Twitter name to Tim Apple (with an apple emoji), after US President Donald Trump addressed him as such during a panel discussion with the American Workforce Policy Advisory.

Trump mistakenly called Cook as “Tim Apple”, to which Cook remained calm and collected about, not giving any inclination of a reaction. Swiftly and stealthily after, he took to changing his Twitter name to Tim Apple.

The move garnered the attention of netizens and also Trump’s daughter, Ivanka Trump where she responded with laughing emojis.
