CEO of Meekco.Asia, Ching Kah Hing (pictured), told A+M in order for agencies to attract the right talent, they should hire a dynamic team with an equal mix of races, ages, and gender to avoid discrimination. "As a full-stack conversion marketing company, we need talents across services from UI/UX designers, backend developers, creative designers, media buyers, copywriters to client success. More people want to work with purpose, a sense of belonging, and room to grow," Ching explained.
