AnyMind Group has expanded its live commerce capabilities in Indonesia with the launch of a new studio hub in Bintaro, aiming to help brands scale live shopping operations as demand for interactive retail continues to grow.
The BPaaS company for marketing, eCommerce and digital transformation said the facility currently houses around 20 fully equipped studios, enabling multiple brands to run live commerce sessions simultaneously. The site will serve as AnyMind's central live commerce hub in Indonesia, with further studio expansion planned as the market develops.
The investment comes as live commerce becomes an increasingly important sales and marketing channel for Indonesian brands, prompting greater demand for dedicated production infrastructure and operational expertise capable of delivering professional, high-quality broadcasts.
By centralising operations at the Bintaro hub, AnyMind said it can support brands across the entire live commerce process, from planning and production through to real-time broadcasting, while handling a larger volume of concurrent live sessions.
The company also reiterated its view that human-led and AI-powered live commerce should work together rather than compete. Through its AnyLive platform, brands can combine human hosts to drive real-time engagement with AI-generated live streams that extend selling hours and support always-on commerce.
According to the company, the new facility is designed around three priorities: raising operational standards for live commerce production, supporting a wider portfolio of brands across sectors including beauty, fashion, FMCG and consumer electronics, and providing scalable infrastructure as Indonesia's live commerce market continues to expand.
Masaki Okawa, COO for Southeast Asia at AnyMind Group, said the competitive landscape is increasingly determined by how effectively brands can execute and scale their live commerce activities.
“As live commerce continues to rapidly evolve in Indonesia, business competitiveness is shifting toward how effectively brands can operate and scale their live streams. At AnyMind Group, we are committed to providing the best infrastructure and operational expertise. Through our new Bintaro studio hub, we aim to elevate the standard of live commerce operations, enabling more brands to connect seamlessly with their audiences and drive sustainable e-commerce growth,” Okawa said.
The Bintaro expansion also strengthens AnyMind's broader regional live commerce network. With the addition of the Indonesian hub, the company now operates a total of 85 fully equipped live commerce studios across Asia-Pacific, providing brands with greater capacity to increase sales opportunities, extend selling hours through a combination of human-led and AI-powered streaming, and deepen audience engagement as interactive commerce continues to evolve.
