Analytic Partners hires former Meta and Coles 360 measurement lead Andy Ford

Analytic Partners is strengthening its leadership bench in Australia with the appointment of former Meta and Coles 360 analytics lead Andy Ford.

Ford joins the commercial analytics firm as associate vice president, a newly created role designed to deepen client partnerships and support growing demand for advanced marketing measurement in the region.

The appointment brings more than two decades of experience across marketing science, data intelligence and commercial strategy. Ford previously helped build Meta’s marketing science unit across Australia and APAC before moving to retail media, where he served as head of data intelligence and measurement at Coles 360.

At Coles 360, he led the retailer’s push to expand analytics capabilities for brand partners navigating the rapidly evolving retail media landscape.

Paul Sinkinson, managing director of Australia and Asia at Analytic Partners, said Ford’s appointment reflects rising demand for sophisticated measurement as marketers grapple with fragmented media environments and growing pressure to demonstrate return on investment.

“I’ve worked alongside Andy for more than a decade and have seen first-hand how he has grown demand and implemented impactful measurement solutions for businesses across APAC,” Sinkinson said.

“As we continue to scale in Australia and the wider region, this appointment reflects our ongoing investment in senior talent to ensure we deliver the highest levels of client service and strategic account support.”

Ford said the move represents an opportunity to help brands turn marketing measurement into commercial action.

“I’ve long admired the work Analytic Partners does in helping brands translate data into commercial advantage,” he said.

“Having spent years on the platform side at Meta and more recently leading measurement and retail media analytics, I’m excited to help clients unlock more value and clarity from their marketing investments.”

The hire comes as demand for marketing effectiveness tools such as marketing mix modelling continues to accelerate across the region, driven by privacy changes, signal loss and increased scrutiny on marketing budgets.

Analytic Partners recently received recognition as a leader in both the Forrester Wave and Gartner Magic Quadrant for marketing mix modelling solutions.
