Amobee appoints new CEO

Amobee has appointed Mark Strecker, previously Amobee’s president and COO, as the company’s new CEO as Trevor Healy steps down from the role.

Healy will stay with Amobee over the next few months in an advisory role to ensure a smooth transition.

As president and COO, Strecker was responsible for Amobee’s worldwide sales and operations, including the management of Amobee’s product and engineering teams, client management and service and support across all markets. He played a key role in driving the company’s global growth and industry leadership, as well as in the integration of other acquisitions under the Amobee Group.

“I couldn’t be more proud of what we have accomplished. Mark has been running Amobee’s day-to-day operations over the last four years and has always shared my vision for the company. I believe he is the best leader for Amobee, and I look forward to working closely with him to facilitate a seamless transition,” Healy said.

“Healy’s vision and leadership have been instrumental in making Amobee one of the global leaders in digital advertising,” Allen Lew (pictured) , CEO of SingTel Group Digital L!fe and chairman of Amobee’s board of directors said.

Amobee is a division of SingTel’s Group Digital L!fe, which is focused on creating new digital growth engines to "delight customers and disrupt adjacent industries."
