Allianz Life makes new marketing hire

Allianz Life Insurance Malaysia Berhad (Allianz Life) has appointed Chin Tze How as its chief market management officer effective 1 November.

He succeeds Lim Li Meng who has assumed a new responsibility as chief sales officer for partnership distribution in Allianz Life.

Chin (pictured) will be responsible for all market management functions for Allianz Life, which includes all branding and advertising matters.

In addition, he will oversee the product development department, which will form part of the market management department, responsible for product conceptualisation and product launches for the company.

Chin, who is also Allianz Life Actuarial division head, will continue to oversee the division as chief actuary and appointed actuary.
