These are the airlines that top consumer satisfaction in Indonesia

Garuda Indonesia has topped a list of airlines that consumers are most satisfied with in Indonesia with a score of 22.6%.
The score was determined based on the question: “Which of the following brands do you consider yourself a satisfied customer of," according to YouGov which conducted the study.
The data covers the period from 6 May 2023 to 5 May 2024.

Citilink ranks second with a score of 12%, followed by AirAsia in third place with a score of 8.1%. Batik Air comes in fourth at 6.8% which Singapore Airlines rounds out the top five in Indonesia with 4.5%.
Sriwijaya Air (4.2%) comes in next followed by Super Air Jet (2.9%), Emirates (2.7%), Qatar Airways (2.6%) and Cathay Pacific (1.8%).
Thailand
In Thailand, on the other hand, AirAsia leads with a score of 32.5%, followed by Thai Airways (23.3%) and Nok Airways (18.3%).
Bangkok Airways (10.7%) and Lion Air (9.2%) complete the top five list for Thailand, according to YouGov.
Coming in after is Singapore Airlines at 5.5%, Japan Airlines (JAL) at 5%, Emirates at 4.8%, Cathay Pacific at 3.7% and VietJet Air at 3.5%.
