Agenda names account servicing head

Agenda Shanghai has appointed Emen Chong (pictured) from Lowe China as client services director.Chong will lead Agenda's account services team for key accounts including Starbucks, Huggies and Pepsi, and will report to Sunny Hermano, the agency's general manager for Shanghai."Emen brings a new level of skills and talent to Agenda, encapsulating multiple disciplines including brand building, CRM and digital," Hermano said.With more than 15 years of experience in advertising, Chong was most recently senior business director of Lowe China, heading the household business of Unilever for Greater China.Other clients she has worked with include Standard Chartered Bank, Singapore Airlines, AIG and Nissan.
