Electronic payments service ACI Worldwide has appointed Bite as its PR agency in Singapore, India and Australia. Bite will lead an integrated PR and social media campaign to promote ACI Worldwide’s brand profile as the universal payments company in all three markets. Bite will also aim to establish the company at the forefront of this digital disruption and build its presence surrounding its roadshow, ACI Exchange APAC.
The win comes following Bite recently announcing that it will integrate into Next15 group sister agency Text100. Bite’s other key finance and payment technology clients include Gemalto, SWIFT, Wolters Kluwer Financial Services and DBS Bank.
“Working with Bite’s regional teams will allow us to drive the conversation on how financial organisations can meet the needs of the world’s most demanding technology environments. Leveraging Bite’s reputation for delivering a seamless communication strategy for finance technology leaders will help us lead the next wave of payment innovation” Paul Henaghan, ACI Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) managing director said.
“New payment technologies are taking center stage in APAC and as the lines between tech providers and financial institutions blur, it is increasingly important to develop innovative, integrated strategies to cut through the clutter and create meaningful conversations,” Paul Mottram, executive vice president, Asia Pacific, Bite said.
ACI Worldwide’s suite of software powers more than 5,000 electronic payments for financial institutions, retailers and processors around the world. It processes $13 trillion each day in payments and securities transactions for more than 250 leading global retailers and 21 of the world’s 25 largest banks.
