“This marks a significant milestone for our business, and we were seeking an agency partner who not only understands the Singaporean market but, more importantly, can offer us expert guidance in devising the most effective strategies for an integrated and dynamic media landscape,” said Quennie Tan, head of marketing, Kenangan Coffee.
Tan added that Zeno’s comprehensive approach in integrated storytelling through earned media, creators and social media led to Kenangan Coffee’s successful communications rollout and outlet launch. The brand looks forward to working with Zeno to spread Indonesia’s coffee culture in Singapore’s dynamic coffee landscape.
“We brought the best of our integrated suite of creative, analytics and public relations and influencer management capabilities to create buzz around their inaugural outlet,” said David Lian, managing director, growth and innovation, Asia, Zeno.
“Now, we’re excited to focus on the brand’s next phase to further introduce high-quality Indonesian coffee at an accessible price to the rest of the nation,” he added.
Kenangan Coffee enters Singapore just as Flash Coffee ceases operations in the country, a testament to the highly dynamic and competitive nature of the local market.
