72andSunny bolsters creative and strategy divisions with 6 new hires

72andSunny Singapore has hired six people across creative, production, brand and strategy. These include Abigail Kwek (pictured bottom third from left), Jonathan Tan (pictured top third from left), Ryan Shanholtzer (pictured second from left), Sherwin Teo (pictured first from left), Conrad Haddaway (pictured second from right), and Rachel Ong (pictured first from right).Kwek joins the company as a strategist. She was previously from TBWA\Singapore where she worked on accounts such as Mastercard, PlayStation, Spotify, Lexus, Singapore Tourism Board and Standard Chartered Bank. While, Tan takes on the role of brand manager. He previously held the role as senior account manager at DDB Group Singapore, and his experience includes working on StarHub, Health Promotion Board (HPB) and National Environment Agency (NEA). Prior to that, he was with BBDO Singapore.Meanwhile, Shanholtzer joins as senior producer. He brings with him experience across broadcast production, visual effects, post production, animation, feature films and commercials. Shanholtzer previously helmed the role of broadcast producer at Publicis and Droga5 New York.Teo and Haddaway joins creative team as junior creatives. They were previously at TBWA\Singapore where they worked across Singapore Airlines, PlayStation and Lego. They have also worked on placement at Wieden+Kennedy London, Stink Studios and BBH London to name a few.Ong takes on the role of designer. Previously at Lo & Behold Group, she worked on design and social content for the hospitality group’s F&B outlets, its hotel and members club. She has also worked in-house at Ellysage.In a statement to Marketing, a spokesperson from 72andSunny said that Tan will be reporting to managing director Bassam Abdel-Rahman; Kwek to executive strategy director Ida Siow; while Shanholtzer, Teo, Haddaway, and Ong will be reporting to Johnny Tan, executive creative director, APAC. When asked about the individuals' job scopes, the spokesperson declined to comment.“In this group of people we’ve found six incredibly smart, entrepreneurial and genuine humans who all share our ambition of wanting to shape a modern creative company for a modern Southeast Asian market.
