Wing Tai Properties debuts CLOUDVIEW with a strategic shift

Hong Kong-based Wing Tai Properties has unveiled CLOUDVIEW, a major new residential development in the Northern Metropolis, redefining modern living for a new generation.

The launch campaign responds to a growing desire for a restorative, nature-led lifestyle that offers mental “breathing room". It positions CLOUDVIEW as an emotional sanctuary for urbanites who want to be part of the city, yet also apart from it.

Themed “Beyond the clouds, the future awaits” (雲想天開 盡嚮未來), the campaign launches with a film in which clouds play multiple symbolic roles: as guides to the development’s standout features—from panoramic golf course views to the creative energy of the Northern Metropolis; as a muse sparking a young couple’s imagination; and as a curator of a balanced lifestyle centred on mental wellbeing.

Created in partnership with creative agency Narrow Door, the strategic approach rests on two pillars: product positioning and emotional resonance. The film showcases CLOUDVIEW’s Forest-inspired Living concept, with nature-driven visuals that emphasise openness and a sense of space where both the eye and the spirit can wander freely. Throughout, clouds serve as a metaphor for expansive thought and freedom—an oasis where residents can rise above urban density and reset.

CLOUDVIEW marks a pivotal moment for Wing Tai Properties, reinforcing its legacy of innovation and design-led “lifestyle craftsmanship.” The development is tailored to professionals and entrepreneurs connected to the Northern Metropolis or engaged in cross-border business.

Gabriella Chow, director , sales and marketing of Wing Tai Properties, says, "With CLOUDVIEW , we are not just providing a residence; we are offering a canvas for the imagination. CLOUDVIEW enjoys an expansive view of the internationally acclaimed Fanling golf course.”

“Together with our signature 3.5m floor-to-floor ceiling aesthetics, we have created a space where residents can truly feel 'above the ordinary.' As the Northern Metropolis evolves, Wing Tai remains committed to crafting homes that harmonise with nature while serving as a beacon of modern and sophisticated living."

Terry Tsang, director of Narrow Door, says, “Function is often just another name for emotion. That’s especially true when the product is a home. In line with the two pillars of the client’s new strategy, we wanted to do justice to CLOUDVIEW’s many great features by amplifying the emotional benefit of each, whether it’s contentment, excitement, optimism, connection or something else. Because home is never just four walls and a roof over our heads. Ultimately, home is a feeling.”

The campaign film is scheduled to launch in March 2026, with a special extended version to be screened exclusively at the newly opened CLOUDVIEW presentation centre. It will be supported by a full suite of creative assets, including TVC, social media content (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), out-of-home ads across MTR and KMB networks, whole-bus advertising with seatback stickers, print ads, advertorials, and sales brochures.

A dedicated campaign site has also been launched, available in desktop and mobile versions, featuring a fluid user experience that mirrors the vibrancy of the film.
