



UM promotes Brittany Crowley to national head of investment

UM Australia has promoted Brittany Crowley to national head of investment, expanding her remit from her current role leading the Sydney investment team.
In the role, Crowley will oversee UM’s investment function across all markets, working alongside the agency’s national head of media planning to align trading and planning, while driving consistency, quality and innovation in the agency’s investment product.
“Britt is an incredible force in our business,” Anathea Ruys, CEO UM Australia, said. “Since she joined UM, I have been so impressed by her nuanced approach to partnership and negotiations, her care for the people she works with, her commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and her desire to make our media industry better and stronger. We need unquestionable quality at this level, and Britt delivers.”
Crowley joined UM in September 2024, bringing senior agency experience and expertise in trading solutions, client outcomes and media-owner relationships.
