The One Centre folds Zephyr Social into group as Zephyr One

The One Centre Group has rebranded Zephyr Social as Zephyr One, formally bringing the growth marketing agency into its expanding group structure after taking a strategic stake in mid-2025.
The move effectively converts last year’s investment into a full integration, with Zephyr One now positioned as the group’s dedicated growth and performance arm. Founded in 2019 by Jason Faulkner, Chris Faulkner and John Faulkner, Zephyr Social will continue under the leadership of its founding team, with Jason Faulkner as CEO.
Group CEO John Ford said the integration strengthens The One Centre’s ability to take brands from inception through to commercial scale.
“Zephyr One gives our core business a competitive edge – a fully integrated, complementary capability that enables us to position, brand, launch and now grow new ventures, end-to-end,” he said.
Zephyr One operates with a 12-person team focused on commercial and growth strategy, paid media and performance marketing, alongside creative built around what it calls its proprietary ‘System One’ model. The agency will service existing One Centre brand clients while continuing to build its own portfolio, which includes Better Beer, Budgie Smuggler, The Leisure Collective, Nagnata and Broc Shot.
The One Centre said it will continue to invest in boutique and founder-led businesses as part of its broader group expansion strategy.
