“Raen brings an incredible track record of leading high-performing teams and turning technology investments into business results,” said Brian Stucki, COO, Qualtrics. “As organisations increasingly adopt our AI capabilities, she will drive the next chapter of growth across the region.”

Lim said Qualtrics’ investment in AI was redefining how brands connect with customers and employees. “Our AI capabilities are proven, best-in-class, and deliver lasting value - not just promises,” she said.

More than one-third of Qualtrics customers have upgraded to AI capabilities in the Qualtrics Experience Management Platform, with 90% of its top 50 enterprise clients adopting one or more AI-powered innovations. Monthly active users of its AI solutions have grown 346% over the past year.

The appointment follows Qualtrics’ US$6.75 billion acquisition of Press Ganey Forsta, designed to expand its AI-led analytics and benchmarking capabilities across sectors including healthcare.
