QMS has announced a series of senior appointments across its strategy division as it ramps up investment in strategic capability to drive innovation and deliver stronger outcomes for advertisers.

The appointments include Adrian Venditti as head of solutions and growth, James Nettlefold as head of data and insights, and Jordana Sherlock as head of research. Danielle Farrelly also joins as head of product strategy and enablement after almost 10 years at oOh!media, most recently as head of product.

All four will report to QMS chief strategy officer Christian Zavecz.

Zavecz said the appointments add depth and sophistication to the company’s strategic offering at a time when digital out-of-home continues to evolve rapidly.

“I’m very excited to appoint Adrian, James, Jordana and Danielle into these new and business-critical roles, which will add greater depth and sophistication to our strategic offering and support our growth ambitions,” Zavecz said.

“Digital OOH continues to evolve rapidly and increase in complexity, driving the need for specialist talent capable of delivering high quality solutions and strong outcomes for our clients.

“Supporting our customers to build and sustain great brands has always been at the core of what we do, and these appointments further strengthen our capabilities and expand our capacity for success.”

The appointments are effective immediately and form part of QMS’ broader push to strengthen its data, research, product and solutions capability as it targets the next phase of growth.
