Pos Indonesia names CMO for digital arm to drive transformation and efficiency

Pos Indonesia has appointed a new CMO to lead POSDIGI, its integrated digital ecosystem provider, to drive transformation and enhance operational efficiency across the organisation.

Prima Reksa (pictured) plays a pivotal role in translating technology into practical solutions that respond to real-world challenges. Under his leadership, POSDIGI is rolling out several initiatives, notably converting Naskah Dinas Elektronik (NDE) into a blockchain-based e-Contract to guarantee the authenticity and integrity of official documents.

In addition, POSDIGI is streamlining its e-Meterai platform with enterprise-friendly features such as quota allocation. Consumers can order digital duty stamp via eCommerce channels, with delivery in just 2-3 hours across Greater Jakarta, Banten, and West Java, boosting efficiency and ease of use.

“Within Pos Indonesia itself, the NDE application is already embedded in day-to-day operations, cutting down bureaucracy and saving time. POSDIGI is confident that these solutions can also be scaled to other sectors and beyond, while positioning the region to meet global digital document standards,” said Reksa.

POSDIGI, formerly known as Posfin, was launched to rethink how citizens, businesses, and institutions manage documents, payments, and public services - making these processes faster, safer, and more accessible. Through these initiatives, POSDIGI reinforces Pos Indonesia’s legacy of public service while preparing the organisation for Indonesia’s rapidly evolving digital ecosystem.

Founded in April 2001, the organisation initially pioneered digital services within Pos Indonesia, offering internet, VPN, VoIP, and CCTV systems to modernise the parent company’s communication network. In April 2019, it shifted its focus to digital payment technology and expanded financial services across Pos Indonesia’s network. 

Since April 2025, the company has transformed into POSDIGI, reflecting its readiness to address future challenges and serve a broader market, including enterprises, government, and public sectors.

POSDIGI provides a range of integrated services to support digital transformation. AgenPos offers a digital payment and financial transaction solution with wide coverage and user-friendly features. Billr delivers an integrated digital ecosystem designed to enhance customer experience and generate optimal business value. Meanwhile, Sera provides comprehensive digital solutions - including software, AI, hardware, and cloud services - tailored for enterprises and government institutions that require high levels of security and reliability. 

This development coincides with POSDIGI’s reported 44.9% revenue growth in 2024. 

In July, POSDIGI launched a suite of digital document solutions - including e-Meterai, e-Contract, e-Office, and an integrated document management system - to accelerate public service, logistics, and business efficiency while exploring future technologies such as document tokenisation. 

“Tokenisation is an area we are exploring as part of strengthening the authenticity and transparency of digital documents,” said the newly appointed CMO.
