NP Digital hits record half-year as demand for AI-powered marketing accelerates

NP Digital Australia has posted its strongest half-year performance on record, signing eight new clients and scaling its performance offering as brands ramp up demand for AI-driven marketing solutions.

The agency, part of Neil Patel’s global network, said average deal sizes and multi-service retainers had grown substantially in H1 2025, driven by its ability to combine paid media, SEO, content strategy and creative under a single framework.

New wins include Gallagher Security, Family Doctor, Soudal Australia, Zero Latency, Henry Bucks and City Hatters - with most clients engaging across multiple channels.

“These wins reflect a decisive shift in what brands expect from their agency partners,” Guy Jarvie, managing director of NP Digital Australia & New Zealand, said. “Businesses are looking for clarity, commercial focus and cohesion especially in an increasingly complex digital landscape. That shift plays directly to our strengths.”

The agency attributed its momentum to a more agile operating model, tighter leadership alignment, and deeper integration with global teams. AI integration has also been a key growth driver, with NP Digital developing bespoke strategies around predictive targeting, content generation and media optimisation.

Client feedback points to a preference for strategic thinking over standardised solutions. “We chose NP Digital because they understood our business and didn’t come to us with cookie-cutter solutions,” said Anna Hampton, strategic programs director at Zero Latency. “Their ability to think strategically while delivering quickly across channels has already made a strong impression.”

NP Digital is now hiring across SEO, marketing automation and creative strategy to meet growing demand, particularly in high-growth sectors such as healthcare, fintech, consumer tech and purpose-led retail.

The agency is also investing in advanced analytics, AI reporting and conversion rate optimisation to build out its broader performance ecosystem.

“We chose NP Digital because they understood our business and didn’t come to us with cookie-cutter solutions,” Anna Hampton, strategic programs director for Zero Latency, said. “Their ability to think strategically while delivering quickly across channels has already made a strong impression."
