Nightjar builds ‘experience-first’ platform for Salter Brothers’ luxury portfolio

Nightjar has launched a new master digital platform for Salter Brothers Hospitality, bringing its portfolio of hotels, retreats, restaurants and wellness experiences into a single, unified destination.

The platform, Worlds Apart, spans multiple brands including Spicers Retreats, Bannisters Hotels and the newly introduced Ardour Hotels & Estates, creating a cross-portfolio discovery and booking experience aimed at higher-value, experience-led travel.

Rather than following a traditional hotel booking structure, the platform is organised around intent, from weekend escapes and wellness retreats to milestone dining and corporate stays, reflecting how travellers increasingly plan trips.

Dining, accommodation and wellness are treated as equal pillars, with a flexible booking layer that allows Salter Brothers to manage multiple revenue streams across properties and experiences within a single interface.

The build also supports a growing portfolio, designed to scale as new properties and brands are added, while presenting the group’s offering through a more editorial, experience-led lens.
