MTR Corporation's chief digital officer Leo Ng (pictured) has stepped down from his role after four and a half years.
Reflecting on his departure via LinkedIn, Ng expressed gratitude for his time at the company, highlighting opportunities across MTR’s business units, international hubs, and affiliates, including Octopus.
"Driving and delivering the many AI, digital and cybersecurity initiatives supporting the important innovation and technology agenda at the company was extremely rewarding. Collaborating with colleagues as One MTR together with the various ecosystem partners was another highlight," he added.
Looking ahead, Ng noted that he is excited about his next chapter in life and eager to continue applying his expertise in AI and technology.
A seasoned tech executive, Ng brings over 28 years of experience leading large-scale digital transformations, technology architecture design, and implementation across Australia, the UK, ASEAN, and Greater China.
Prior to joining MTR Corporation, he held several senior leadership roles at Accenture, including managing director of Accenture Hong Kong, quality and risk lead for Greater China, and lead for the Accenture Microsoft Business Group (AMBG) in Greater China.
