MAC Cosmetics and Museum of Ice Cream create sweet new holiday experience

MAC Cosmetics is partnering up with the Museum of Ice Cream to showcase its new holiday collection from 3 to 6 November 2022.

MAC has long been a leader in the makeup and cosmetics industry, which dovetails perfectly with Museum of Ice Cream, well known for its creative and Instagram worthy rooms. Both now come together to celebrate their unique selling points in their respective industries.

For this collaboration, Museum of Ice Cream’s signature experiences will be recast for MAC fans with themes such as Castle Holiday Room and Holiday Playground where MAC’s global holiday collection will be featured. Additionally, the Museum of Ice Cream will be offering a limited edition MAC Pack Ticket that enables the purchaser to receive exclusive offers such as MAC-inspired and flavored ice creams.

“We’re always on the lookout to create waves through innovative collaborations with brands such as MAC at Museum of Ice Cream. We believe that anything is possible, and we are always striving to bring unique, experiential experiences to our guests,” said Pirakash T, head of Museum of Ice Cream’s Asia-Pacific region.

"Bringing together our vibrant and incredibly photogenic space with MAC’s trendsetting artistry will undoubtedly highlight the best of both brands.”

MAC brand general manager, Jessica Ng, said infusing MAC-inspired elements into Museum of Ice Cream rooms seeks to gift consumers a “never-before-seen experience” and “truly cements the brand as an innovator and an ultimate gifting destination”.

Ng added, “This unique partnership will be a game-changer for MAC and Museum of Ice Cream, and we hope to bring MAC. fans along on this special journey.”

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen a collaboration between the make up industry and the ice cream industry. Magnum ice cream previously partnered up with female-founded, independent beauty brand, Nails.INC to launch a line of chocolate-scented nail polishes inspired by the new Magnum ice cream Duet Bars. Magnum even partnered up with celebrity nail artist, Mei Kawajiri to dream up three bold & expressive nail art designs using the Duet polishes inspired by the delicious Duets Bars.
